Hart’s milling centers have a maximum spindle speed of 10,000 rpm utilizing a 50 hp motor with 445 lbs of torque and a machining envelope of 33” vertically by 39” horizontally. These machines have an accuracy of 0.00012 per square inch. Our average cycle is 3.7 parts per hour with a maximum output of 300,000 pieces per year.

Our pride and joy is our fully automated Mazak Palletech system. Utilizing 32 pallets, 4 machining centers, a rail guided vehicle and the brain child behind it all the FMS controller. This system was designed and manufactured with scheduling flexibility in mind and produces parts 25 percent faster than conventional machining. Capabilities such as this gives us a competitive edge over the competition.
