At Hart Precision, our focus is not simply to meet quality standards. We strive to exceed them. Our lean manufacturing process reduces lead-time and improves product quality. We have six Lean Champions on board. In addition, Hart Precision Products practices Six Sigma, allowing us to maintain consistent quality and assuring our clients consistent machining from part to part.

In addition to our SPC and SPS capabilities, Hart has a climate-controlled inspection area and two CMMs equipped to provide printouts for constant project monitoring. To assure consistent dimensional validation, Hart’s entire manufacturing plant is air-conditioned.
